| Vision 2012 Committee |
The Board of Directors formed the Vision 2012 Committee to assist in planning for the future growth of the Chamber. The goals of the committee are to consider, evaluate and then make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding, but not limited to the following: • how can/should the Chamber help businesses in the area-what services should it provide • how the Chamber should/could grow • how to increase membership (serve the whole south county area) • events, what to hold, when, how • fund raising - grants, donations, event fund raising, advertising, etc. • what other "things" should the Chamber do to be an advocate for, and responsive to, the needs of the South County business community The Committee should consider each of the above, and anything else the Committee feels would be in the best interest of the Chamber and its members, and propose goals and ways to reach them for 2010, 2011 and final goals to be reached in 2012. |
